CLASSES

  • Strong at every age. Our Silver and Fit classes help you move better, feel stronger, and stay active in a safe, supportive environment.

    Strength is independence. Classes are designed for seniors who want better balance, mobility, and energy without intimidation. Your progress and safety come first.

    Silver and Fit participants may be eligible for coverage through Medicare Advantage or supplemental health plans. Medical clearance or referral may support participation when appropriate.
